TogetherintheUK launched a Storytelling competition open to first and second generation migrants to the UK in November 2020. It was open for 6 months and in July 2021, we announced the winners at an event held at Union Chapel. We had a really interesting keynote presentation from Professor Jonathan Portes, live music from Ben from SmartCasj and Ogo Ajala . We were really pleased that Tyrone Roach could join us in the room to announce the winner of the Under 18 category. Lord Dubs and Nazek Ramadan (from Migrant Voice) joined us online.
